Q: “By 3 way fluid pan head, does that I mean I lock the camera into place, then can move around the head of the tripod as I wish? My tripod right now must completely lock into place, so to make any adjustments on the shot, everything must be loosened and reset. Can this one be panned around without have to loosen and re-do all the locking in? Sorry if its vague, Im just trying to be sure before I buy. Thanks!!!”
