I am trying to replace my GE monogram microwave. The measurements are 26 3/4 wide x 16 3/8 depth x 18 5/8 high. Can I use this Profile Spacemaker in this space? Can I use the 27 wide trim kit I already have in this space? The problem is trying to find a microwave that is only 16 inches deep.

Same question. I am replacing the JEM31. The opening is big enough for this new model. The question is whether I can use the old mounting kit or do I have to buy a new mounting kit as well.

Do you have the optional hanging kit available? If so, how much is it?

Does the trim kit make this product have more depth? I was confused by the fact that the depth size under the part which described the cut-out for the "built-in with trim kit" is 3-5 inches deeper than the microwave itself. I only have room for the 13 inches but would like to use the stainless steel trim kit to make it look built in. Thanks.

None of the pictures I've seen of the GEPEM31SMSS show the top or sides ... just the front door. Are the top and sides stainless steel? That's our preference. We've seen other models that have a stainless steel door but the rest of the casing is black.

I want to replace defunct GE spacemaker #jem31sf with this newer model as the old one is unavailable. Will newer model fit in same built-in kit as older model?
