Q: “i have a ceramic cooktop presently and during the summer i do a lot canning. this summer while canning the whole cooktop shorted out! i was told that you can't use a ceramic cooktop when canning but to try one of these separate cooktops. Are there any supporting materials with regards to using this for a canning option?”
