I have purchased a new griddle about every year. I use it very often and the non stick serface begins to disalve, or something. It also becomes discolored (darker) in some areas. I want a griddle that will last like cast iron. I don't want to have to worry about my family eating tiny bits of non stick serface. Will this last???
