Very well packaged in the box from Whirlpool with additional bubble wrap from Abe's of Maine.[...]Easy to connect and operate although the machine did not include hot/cold hoses which I purchased separately from a local hardware store. The machine did include a drain hose. I like the idea of "energy efficient" although too early to confirm savings with my new purchase. The product looks nice and has very quiet operation. Overall I like the washing machine in that it is up to date with latest technology yet still basic enough to allow for easy operation.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
