My Samsung OTR microwave stopped working. I ordered this Whirlpool not realizing I probably could have bought an inexpensive part for the door of the existing MW. Rather than send back, I installed this new model and really like it so far. Better looking, intuitive control panel. It has done a good job so far. I'll have to fix my Samsung and put it on Craigs list, I guess. For the money, this does everything I need a MW to do.

You can't beat this unit for the price. Installation was easy. My only problem is that the display panel is hard ro read in low light situations. But this could also be a result of "Old Eyes"
