I've just moved up from a Weber Q (which I loved, but it was too small for our growing family) to the Genesis E-330 and I'm blown away by how awesome this thing is. The setup took me a few hours but easily finished it by myself while looking after the kids. The unit is sturdy, and the instructions were easy enough to follow. The best thing about the Weber gas grills is that they roast the meat as well as grilling it, so it not only cooks quicker, but it retains the moisture that's usually lost when you take longer to cook meat. It may take a few times to get used to the cooking times, but it adds a whole new level of flavor to your food. The side burner is great for the mushrooms and onions that would normally fall down the slots in the grill. I was hesitant to spend so much on a grill when some of the similar size BBQ's are less than half the price, but I'm so happy I bit the bullet. The only downside is that there are a lot of parts to clean inside. Especially because I use marinades a lot, all of the heat distributor bars need to be cleaned, but on the flip side, they keep the gas bars completely clean and don't clog up. The other down side is that I now have delusions of taking on an iron chef :)
