Comments:
After extensively researching the right headphone to buy in a good price range for portable mp3 players I found the HFI-780. The No. 1 attraction that brought me to this headphone was the fact that it reduces Electromagnetic Radiation that headphones emit, by 99%, reducing the risk of Cancer. It also reduces the risk of hearing loss by lowering the sound pressure. The sound of the HFI-780's is VERY involving, with perfect bass and a good amount of treble, the treble and bass are both neither to high or too low, and do not cause my ears pain after extensive use for a couple of hours. The HFI-780's, unlike the many other closed headphones, do not distort the sound, an often ailment with closed headphones, the sound is equivalent to an open-back headphone, while at the same time greatly reducing noise. A big plus. The S-Logic Plus advertised for the phones is good, and compares to other headphones, but is not better than the competition, as advertised. These headphones do have portability capabilities, and the phones have the ability to fold up in many different angles and rotations for convenient storage. The only cons of the headphones are that the cord length is almost 10 feet long (though it can be easily bundled up, and tied), and I would rather have genuine leather for ear pads than leatherette, though that is too expect from a [$] headphone. Overall, GREAT headphones for the price that beat out all other competition in its category.
