This lens is a one lens for all solution with some compromise with image quality. There is trade off. If you want convenience of one lens and can tolerate some image quality lost, this is for you.

Comments:
This is a very good superzoom and a great value if you don't need image stabilization. It's a great general purpose lens. It's also compact and light weight. It's a little short for some wildlife and sports.
