I love that I can quickly freeze my garden produce. This results in a higher quality product than freezing produce in a regular freezer. I put a lot of time into growing vegetables and want to enjoy my frozen homegrown veggies during the winter months. The quick freeze allows me to do this because the ice crystals formed during a quick freeze are much smaller than with a conventional freezer so the produce does not turn to mush upon defrosting and cooking.
