beautiful screen, very flexible connections, (but don't lose the special connectors - used for component video & audio). Good, not great, remote control. Optical out allows some slightly simpler home theater setup. Wireless adapter (not included) works well, though it will work on a regular cat5 connection.

This TV looks great, was reasonably priced compared to a 3D TV, and has easy access to it's apps. The picture is far superior to the 6 year old TV it replaced. My only complaint is that I wish more of the buttons on the remote would have been transferable to my universal remote.

This is an amazing television and Abe's had the best price I could find. The "Smart" features are awesome, so I highly recommend buying the wi-fi card (you can probably find it cheaper at [@]) in order to take advantage of seamless streaming of internet content (Pandora, Netflix, etc). The picture quality is wonderful, even in a room with high amounts of daylight. My only complaint is that the power cord is too short and you may need an extension cord. You can also buy a great articulating mount cheaper from [@] (I wouldn't recommend using the free mount that comes with it....I traded mine for a mount for my smaller TV, but it's a cheap and hard to use mount).

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
