Confusing shipping policies






Ordered TV and selected the "Free Shipping" option. "Ground Trucking" and "Ground Trucking - White Glove" were both listed on web site as $150 options. Was called by rep the next day who offered White Glove shipping for $299. I declined and opted for Ground Trucking instead. Several days later, a charge of $200 appeared on my account, which I assume is for the Ground Trucking service, even though the web site listed $150 as the price for this service. Emailed customer service regarding this charge, but received no response. Today I checked the order status page to discover that the TV has shipped, but via Fed Ex instead of the ICAT Ground Trucking service. Now, I am concerned that not only was I overcharged for shipping, but that the TV will be damaged by Fed Ex in transit. I will try to call Abe's Customer Service on Monday. So far, I am not impressed with their customer service, but I will update this review if they can make the situation right and I receive the TV undamaged at the appropriate shipping cost.
