CUTS IRONING TIME IN HALF...I CAN IRON A SHIRT IN 5 MINUTES AS OPPOSED TO 12-15 MINUTED WITH THE HAND HELD. THE IRONED FINISH PRODUCED ON THE SHIRT LOOKS VERY PROFESSIONAL...ALSO NO SCORCHES. IF I PURCHASE ANOTHER LIKE THIS I WILL GET ONE WITH A LARGER IRONING SURFACE SO I CAN IRON BROADER AREAS WITH FEWER MOVES AND POSITIONING

This steam press is wonderful! The ST-X500 has a very large pressing area, so I am done with my pressing so much faster than with my other brand I used to own. This machine is so well made. Many clothes items will shrink in the dryer (even on low heat), so I press all of my clothes that can not put in the dryer. The alarm signals are nice because it warns you if it hasn't been used for 15 minutes. It is a brilliant invention!
