I had a 65" Sharp Aquos and upgraded to this new 3D TV. It's picture in 2D and 3D are fantastic. Better than my expectations. Sharp TV's are probably the BEST big screen TV's on the market in quality and are priced well enough a person of modest means can enjoy.

I have been a fan of Samsung LED tv's for a while now but when Hurricane Sandy demolished my basement I had to replace my 2 year old Samsung 55" 8000 series. I looked at Samsung for a large screen size but their 75" was $9000. ouch. Then I started researching and found the Sharp. For the size, options and price it was a win/win. In the end I could not have been happier. The TV has one heck of a beautiful picture and is plenty bright for a room that gets alot of sun. It is heavy even for two people to lift but that is to be expected so I still wouldn't call it a negative even though I had to list something. If you have the room for a larger sized tv and have been considering a Sharp go for it, I am sure you will not be disappointed.

The TV was very easy to setup and configure with my wireless network. The auto-adjust feature for different light conditions is great as we have it in a room with lots of windows and natural light. The apps and features are great, but the best thing about the TV is the amazing picture, esp. for such a large screen size. We watch a lot of live sports and movies -- it has been great for both!

Finally, you plug in two cables and hang it and it works. Very happy with performance and easy configuration. Overwhelming screen size and clarity. Because of size this is a little heavy and definately requires two to place safely.
