I upgraded from my Nikon D60 to the new Nikon D3200 this November and spent alot of time reading the reviews. This camera is a ten it's lite, very easy to use, fast, and takes great Pictures and Video's. I looked at the D3100 but for the extra money you are getting much more with the D3200. Buy it and you will be very happy
