Take a picture using Nikons AF DX Fisheye-Nikkor 10.5mm f/2.8G ED lens that is smaller than the typical lens yet delivers extreme wide-angle coverage and high-quality results at any 180 degree angle.
It is a great lens. The first look through the viewfinder was unbelievable. The fisheye distortion effect takes some getting used to, but it is a great lens to experiment with, broadening all perspectives. Very clear images. A great lens!

Pro: This is a great lens for those art shots, or long room or table shots. Con: You have to physically switch from auto focus to manual. You have to cut your own filters. Nikon's price is too high!

I'm a wedding photographer and I find this lens comes in very handy for getting some really fun shots. It's also nice to have when you need to capture a twenty foot head table! I have found the "Fisheye-Hemi Plug-In" for Photoshop a great addition to the lens. I turns the image into something more useful than fun.

I'm a Pro Videographer for Sports. I bought thi lense to compliment my lense collection for my D90 Nikon. The lense worked out so much better then expected. Also noticed that several other photographers at The US Open in Vt. also used the same lense. Great minds think alike, eh.. Awesome lense for closeup and personal work with Skateboard or Snowboard, or for any extreme sportshooting.....The lightness was another plus over other fisheys...

This lens is a great addition to my lens bank, the edge to edge coverage is excellent and the focus is subperb.Close up photography with this lens is fantastic. I love this lens and would recomend it to other photographers looking for a fish-eye lens for your Digital camera.

The fisheye is a fun lens to use. But be careful; a 180 degree angle means you might see your feet in the image. Nikon Capture NX allow a single button click that reduces image distortion, i.e., flattening the image to remove some of the curves lines in the image. The 10.5mm fisheye is the widest angle NIKKOR lens made today. The lens can focus very close, so get creative and try it out as a (psuedo) macro lens.

I love this lens with the Fisheye Hemi plug-in from Image Trends. The lens is sharp, quick to focus and creates some amazing effects with the right subject matter. No complaints other than I don't use the lens enough. A great lens for those shooting extreme sports or those on the DX format who like to shoot wide angle.
