Tech support is bad, and there were some issues getting unit to work correctly in Win7. For the latter, it turns out the firewire driver in windows needs to be set to "1394 OHCI Compliant Host Controller (Legacy)". To do this, you can simply go to the device manager, select your firewire adapter, and click update driver. Choose to select driver from list, and the legacy driver should be a choice. My only other complaint is that there is only a trim knob with no volume faders (hardware or software). My bca2000 had both; with this unit it seems a bit difficult to saturate the signal with a low volume instrument. Otherwise it sounds great!
