Comments:

This is a very nice looking urn that holds a good quantity of hot water. It takes about 15 minutes to boil cold, tap water, but then keeps it that hot for as long as the urn is on. It's great to always have hot water on hand to make tea, coffee, instant soup, etc. The downside is the extremely hot exterior. Now that almost everyone in the house has burned himself, we are careful to no longer touch the urn when it's on. The water trickles out instead of pouring and in doing so splashes a bit. We'll have to check if something is perhaps blocking the flow. All in all, a handy appliance to have in the kitchen.
