Great machine! We got it to save water,and it definitely uses much less than our old traditional top loader. We went with a top loader he over a front loader so we wouldnt have to bend over and to avoid the mold issues front loaders have been known to have. We love this washer - it cleans clothes well, is quiet, super easy to install yourself, and is saving us money on our water bill.
