The only negative is the reflective screen which necessitates your not placing lights or allowing sunlight behind viewer. Other than that it's a GREAT SMART TV. I love it and cannot stop viewing it!!!

This LG 3D TV is a great addition to my home theater room. The 240Hz refresh rate makes old movies look life like. With the many 3D options helps to reduce ghosting and any physical strain on your eyes. My kids ove watching thier favorite movies in 3D with the 2D to 3D conversion. This LG 3D TV is great for playing my video games in 3D (Call of Duty Black Ops II & God of War III).

Best gift I could give myself... everything I could ask for at a reasonable price... and the connectivity with my phone and other devices is an added bonus! Shipping was an issue... I was not informed of an "back order" situation which came out to a 15 day ship time instead of a 5-6 days... it was only after I inquired about tracking was I inform of the issue. When I was told of the issue, i was then promised "white glove" shipping... which did NOT happen. I was EXTREMELY satisfied with the product and the price! NOT the shipping and service.

I have followed this TV for a year watching the price at various stores. The price did not budge since summer of 2012. I finally found Abe's which under-cut my buy point. Now I had a reason to buy my dream TV at a price I could live with. Win win. A follow-up conversation with an Abe's salesman got me a reasonable wawrranty plan and safe transportation to NC. This is a great TV that I will enjoy for years to come.

Easy to set up and use, beautiful picture! Love the 2D/3D feature. Connecting to home network took about 10 minutes with home share feature and that included walking back and forth time, lol. Turned on, set did immediate update (one of the things I love about LG) and then rebooted. Beautiful picture. Everything is adjustable for those that like to tinker but picture out of the box is perfect for normal use. Tried a 3D movie and it was beautiful and just like the theater; tried a normal movie and it was just as great. The 2D to 3D conversion works great and of course LG lets you adjust the 3D effect from mild to wild.
