Quickly acquires satellites, clear menu, great traffic update feature. Initially frustrated with erroneous system messages on screen that caused satellite drop outs. Needed to go on line to find FAQ, and turned out that was number 1. Needed to hook up for on-line firmware update that solved the problem.

We tried the GPS 785T on a recet trip and from the start were impressed with the big bright screen and accurate directions. During trips without a GPD we often hunted for our favorate watering hole, Starbucks, often going miles out of our way. With the GPS we are quickly given a list of locations, distance and direction and the ability to touch one to navigate there! Way cool :) We're planning on taking 'discover' trips this year now that we don't worry about getting lost. The only downside is that the reported speed limit wasn't correct in a couple of stretches of back roads. Still need to keep a lookout for the raod signs to avoid that ticket.
