I use my Nuvi for business travel in other cities where I don't know my way around. Aside from getting routed through a very bad neighborhood because I didn't set my preferences to highway, the routes are good. Takes a while to acquire satellites. Otherwise, good unit.

This is the 3rd garmin purchase. I recently purchased a Tom Tom because of previous issues with acquiring satelites with garmins. The Tom tom is just not user friendly so I went back to the garmin.

The unit does not aquire satellites as quickly as expected. It is not slow either. I would rate it at average. Over all the unit performs well and I have not found any major issues with it as of yet.

Love the large screen, everything is right there in front of you. The direction " voice " is clear - understandable. Bottom right hand corner has the posted speed where you are traveling and the speed at which you are going, nice feature.
