i own this model and am very happy with it. parents owned a cheaper wine fridge that died, so for christmas i bought this for them. very good price, but even more impresive was the service and shipping arrangements that were made. i opted for the private shipping option, they were very courteous and communicated well with my parents to coordinate delivery.
