The only microwave I could find specifically designed to hang underneath a standard size cabinet. Looks great and saves counter space.

Nice design, fits our needs for downsizing, we have only used for 2 weeks but so far so good. Low wattage takes a little longer to heat things up, you just have to plan on it.

The only problem I have with this unit is that the mechanical button doesn't reliably open the door - sometimes the door doesn't swing completely open and you need to manually pull the door open. Other than that, the unit works perfectly and is almost silent, which is a pleasant change from the preceding model.

This is the only under cabinet microwave available. My last one lasted 6 years. More power would be nice but this one seems to cook better than the last one. They removed some of the stainless but it still looks good. The old instructions for mounting were a little confusing but they might have changed them. The key pad seemed more user frienly on the old one.

I needed a small microwave to fit in the space created by my kitchen designer. This one is the only one I could find that wasn't very deep. As microwaves go, this one is as good as any other I've ever owned. It heats food lickity split and that's it.

Bought to replace a JEM31 which wigged out after 8 years. Also got the replacement in cabinet trim, although it would have fit the old trim. [...] This unit is better that the JEM. It is more attractive, much quieter and cooks better, especially with the turntable. The trim kit was a little pricey and was slightly more complicated, but within an hour I was up and running. One month so far without issue. Recommended.

It is the only microwave on the market that would fit in the space we have designated in our kitchen for a microwave. At 800 watts, it is not as powerful as our 1300 watt microwave, so items take longer to thaw/heat up. It is surprising that it has a special popcorn button, but is too small to accomodate a bag of popcorn as it spins on the turntable.

This is the only microwave of it's kind being only 12" deep. If you're tight on space and can't install a microhood over the stove, this is a great (and cheaper) alternative. Easily installs under cabinet with hanging kit.

I just installed this to replace my four year old over priced built in DACOR.I didn't use the optional trim kit. I used existing DACOR, then went to [...] and purchased a one inch strip of decorative aluminum to fit under the unit. Looks beautiful.The new microwave is quiet, and does a very good job in even heating, which is my usual complaint about hot vs cold spots. (Yes, I know... Let it sit for a minute!)Easy to set up menu, and easy to use keypad. I didn't even read the instruction booklet. While large enough for cooking 2-3 servings at once, would not recommend if you cook for four or more people at once.
