Once I downloaded the installation instructions from ge.com, installation was easy and straightforward. Came well packed, intact, but had been opened. Stripped the first round head screw trying to start it into the base plate, did fine after tapping it first with the stainless steel screws also included (used later). Very attractive, gets positive comments, matches very well with oven, is very durable. Great purchase. AoM has Best Price!
