This trim kit arrived dented. I have been trying to get a replacement from Abe's of Maine for several months now, but after first promising to get back to me, Abe's of Maine is completely ignoring my e-mails.

The trim kit is necessary to make the matching microwave look professionally "built-in". It would look great, other than the fact that the metal is very thin, so it arrived with a noticable dent from shipping. So far, I can get a response from Abe's (been waiting for over a week).
