This unit came well-packaged and undamaged. Abe's does a good job with shipping and communication, good prices too (I'm a customer, not an employee). It was easy to install with comprehensive instructions. When running, it's quiet. Controls are very comprehensive, so it was easy to set the clock and start using it right out of the box. My only gripe is poor lighting, both inside the unit and at the control panel. The interior has one tiny bulb that barely illuminates half the oven's inside. The control panel has no illumination at all, so we have to turn on the big kitchen lights to have a midnight snack.
