We wanted a large capacity oven that could regulate the heat. Panasonic's inverter unit was our first choice but Panasonic sent the wrong unit, took a week to issue a RMA and the service they provided was horrible. Abe's of Maine walked us through the process and in a few days the oven was at our door. Installation took 5 minutes and other than burning some popcorn we have been very happy. Abe's of Maine sold me my first flat screen plasma and we are still in awe of the picture!

Besides looking great this microwave oven is one of the largest I've seen. I have large plates and casserole dishes that I am able to use that I wasn't able to use with my old microwave. The controls are easy to understand and it is very powerful. The only drawback that I can see is that this microwave does take up quite a bit of space, so those with limited counter space might have a problem
