I purchased the Dakota 10 to replace my eTrex Legend, and to avoid buying an additional device to use in the car. The Dakota does it all. Now I have a handheld GPS with a color touch screen and great mapping. Switch it to Automotive mode and it behaves just like a Nuvi. The screen is smaller than a Nuvi and there is no voice commands, but that is fine considering it is a handheld also. Load some maps from the City Navigator software and hit the road. The Dakota 10 has plenty of internal memory for loading maps if you know which states you will be spending time in. Another nice feature with the City Navigator software is that the Points of Interest are loaded also. So far the Dakota 10 is living up to my expectations based on price and functionality.

Comments:
On cycling rides everyone follows me, so they don't get lost, so far I love this GPS. The bike and hike bundle package is the best way to purchase this product.
