The first micro we received was damaged in shipment...the panel had come off and broken plastic pieces fell out! Fortunately, Abe's sent out a new one, immediately. We really like this micro. It's the perfect size for two people. We bought it to replace a large unit, when it failed after 6 yrs of daily use. We are happy w/this one and hope it lasts!
