I can't believe how much water this unit sucks out of the air. Gone is the damp, moist lower level smell. So easy to operate- I am sorry I waited so long to get one. The rec room is mine again- no longer home to the mold that threatened to invade. {of course, I haven't gotten an electric bill yet.]

I have quite dry basement but still I could find some fungus or sometimes that moist smell. But now after this Dehumidifier running for 2-3 days all gone. I am planning to run it every alternate days.
