Works like a champ, nice features. Cools our 330 Sq ft room in 15 minutes. Sleep mode is a must have, we use it predominately over night. Remote, although useful would benefit by being back-lit. Being a casement window unit, the instructions are very tricky and not very explanatory. Better pictures and clearer wording would be a help. It took us 4 hours to mount and size properly. Unit is a bit on the noisy side but not unbearable. Less noisy than our 5000 BTU GE model. With Sleep mode, fan and air cooling cycle appropriately, saving cost. Definitely quieter when fan runs (less buzzy). No funny smell whatsoever. [...] I would recommend this unit [...]
