Our new Frigidaire Electric Smoothtop Cooktop FFEC3024LB is beautiful and very easy to keep clean. Any negatives that we see would apply to most all glass type cooktops. The glass is somewhat delicate and I worry about breakage and scratching. I am not supposed to place a hot pot on the glass; this prevents me from my past practice of moving a hot pot to an unused burner position. Hot pots must be moved to my crowded countertop. Otherwise, I love my new cooktop.
