We've only had the pressure cooker a couple of weeks, but have used it to prepare our main meals and it is easy to use, speeds cooking time, vegetables retain their flavor and color. It's a pleasure to use

My mother used the Presto pressure cooker 65 years ago. After growing up, I have almost always had a pressure cooker of my own. This set does what I expect from a pressure cooker. I mostly prepare one-dish meals in it; pot roasts, stews, and even an occasional custard. I have found that it is usually necessary for me to jiggle the handle a bit to get the unit to seal. It may improve with age. It is a minor problem because I don't leave the pot unattended until the pressure is set and the heat is regulated.

OUR PRESSURE COOKER IS FANTASTIC, COULD NOT LIVE OR COOK WITHOUT IT, SAVES HOURS OF COOKING TIME AND EASY ON THE POWER BILL, I LOVE IT, I HAVE ALWAYS USED ONE BUT THIS IS FAR SUPERIOR TO RETAIL STORE PRODUCTS AND I MIGHT ADD CHEAPER:)
