Toast is a staple in our household, whether it's toast & tea, BLT's, or toasted bread for sandwiches, of course we need to include bagels in the mix. We have gone through multiple products from multiple manufactures all the while complaining about the unevenness of the result. Not anymore. The Dualit 4-slice toaster has closed the complaint department ( on toasted-bread at least ).

Most of the toasters I've previously owned have not toasted evenly. This Dualite model consistantly produces beautifully toasted bread. The thaw function ia very convenient. The high lift feature is great! - small sized bread is easy to reach.
