We have well water and I am not found of the taste. I got tired of buying bottle after bottle of water so I started researching water filtration systems. I liked the idea of this one being small and able to sit on the counter so I thought I would give it a try. Love it! Setup was simple. Taste is great! Very easy to use. Looks great. My only issue is that the cold is not super cold. I like very cold water so I add in a little ice and I am good to go. My mom, who is always drinking water, also said something about it not being very cold - she still drinks it anyway. My 5 year old daughter doesn't complain about it. It is a little louder than I expected. It doesn't run all the time but every so often a fan-like sounds kicks on for a few minutes. Doesn't bother me but was suprised by the noise as first.
