Does and excellent job on muffins and toast. Got slightly uneven results when trying a pan of cinnamon rolls - but may have had the rack in the wrong position. Very happy with everything so far and would recommend this oven to anyone.

This is by far the best small appliance for everyday toasting, broiling, cooking that I and my wife have ever had or used. When the clock runs out on the timer, it shuts off immediately - never have burnt toast. Have not burned my fingers, as I have seen reported by others, when opening the door. Have not had any complaints at all. It was an excellent choice to suit our needs.
