Initially used the filter and pre-ground coffee but didn't taste strong enough. Wiith the K-cups the flavor is great.

First one came in damaged (cracked water container) and without the 12 k-cups of coffee listed in the description, it was obviously repackaged. Replacement was repackaged even worse, different packaging than 1st, electrical cord unwind, scrape on brewer, no 12pack K cups again and it did not work, tried for 1 hour to troubleshoot problem however the water container was not broken on this one so combined the two coffee makers together and got one working one. This was my 2nd and last purchase from ABE's, as I brought a TV a few years back and it did not have the mounting bracket as promised. It is easy to order products on their web site and the prices are fair but the products are poor quality, seconds it seems and they do not deliver what they describe, at least that has been my experience twice. NO THIRD CHANCE.

I only have time in the morning for one cup, and I want the best. This maker fits the bill perfectly. The best feature is that it offers you optional cup sizes, and I use an over-sized mug.

Had issues on day 1 then it just started working right for a few months. The unit says it's brewing but nothing comes out. You have to power it on and off a couple of times then when you do get it to work the wrong amount dispenses.

This is a very convenient brew master. Choose between 4 oz, 6 oz, 8 oz, 10 oz, or 12 oz to determine the strength of your chosen beverage. It is worth more then the investment.

It's such a pleasure to get up in the morning and be sipping a fresh cup of java in a minute or less. Since my wife is not a coffee drinker, it's also great not to have to brew a full pot (and then throw mopst of it away).
