My wife and I got this cookware set, as well as the 4-quart sauce pan, to replace an aluminum/teflon set because the teflon was coming off. After using this multiple times I really can't find many bad things to say. The pots heat up as quick and as even as the aluminum set we just replaced while being much stronger. The handles are comfortable in hand. After cooking a few meals and being more comfortable with the set I decided to put the skillet to test with a batch of scrambled eggs. Using room temp eggs I placed them in the preheated and oiled skillet. A few minutes later I finished and was thankful to find that there was very little left to clean! I had done a lot of research and review-reading before deciding on this and I will say I am completely happy with the looks and performance of this set.
