I replaced a DeLongi that was giving us problems steaming. This Cuisinart does a great job steaming and frothing. The stainless steel body makes cleaning a breeze. We had to experiment with different types of coffee to get the best results. Using the pods is simple but they do not provide the creama that ground beans do. You will like this machine right out of the box!

[...] Either you get all water or you get steam, and you can't tell what you're going to get. Plus, you can't get the steamer cup under the wand or back out again without spilling the milk. I'm sending this one back also.
