Great for home daily use, not so great for multiple use at one time. Machine gets hot and takes some time to get ready again.

Have been using the EM200 for 3 weeks, learning to make good cappucino without making too much of a mess, getting more efficient with the process, water is very hot, milk foamer works very well and gets the milk very hot. Makes a good espresso with nice amount of crema. I like the noises the maker produces and the steam shooting around just like a real barrista.
