We became interested in drinking a variety of different teas after being espresso drinkers for most of our lives. There's just so many different types of teas which steep at different temperatures. I use this every day and it works as advertised-it boils/heats quicker than a kettle on the stove, it has temperature presets for different teas including boil, it REALLY is a no-drip spout and the whole thing looks great. It sits on a circular base and lifts off when ready-no need to hassle with the cord-and looks great. It takes all the hassle out of the process, ensures the right temperature for the right tea and keeps it at the proper temperature for 30 minutes and ... (long sentence here) turns off automatically. Strongly recommended.
