I love my new Chef's Classic Cookware set by Cuisinart! I've been using them for several weeks now. The pieces are solidly built and durable but not too heavy. And each piece is just the right size for my everday cooking needs. I searched everywhere for a stainless set with metal lids, because they'll never break like glass lids do. They also seal tight on the pan, to help keep food moist. Mine have cleaned up beautifully after every use, the handles stay cool, and the entire set is absolutely gorgeous!
