I've been using these for a month now. I had problems at first with food sticking until I watched a clip on how to temper the pan before adding food. With that insight I've had zero problems with food sticking or cooking unevenly. The exterior of the pans have 'yellowed' slightly from their original state and I've noticed some 'blueing' on the bottoms of the inside. Don't know what that's from yet but it doesn't seem to affect the cooking. I hand wash the pans in a stainless steel sink and have discovered some scratches on the bottoms, probably from moving around in the bottom of the sink. I don't use a scratch pad and have found the rest of the surfaces to be holding up fine. The pasta insert nests pretty high in the pan requiring a lot of water if you were to cook the pasta with the insert in, more so than needed for preparing single meals. After a month I'm happy with my purchase and would replace them with the same set if needed.

Look, if you want to spend a fortune on cookware then this is not the set for you. This is by far the best set for the money. I cook a lot and I've even purchased $1,000+ cook sets in the past and this set can be proud fro I'd put it side by side with any of those overly priced cook sets. Listen, if you know how to cook then this set is ideal for any household. If you have to soak the pans to get food off the bottom then so be it, it's a part of cooking. The biggest thing is to get use to cooking on medium heat for this set is great about evenly distributing the heat.
