I love the optical and digital zoom, lithium battery and charger, attached lens cap, the auto settings that make it a fantastic point-and shoot, and image stabilizing system. It's great for casual bird photography, wildlife photography in general, landscapes, and family events. I can switch from the ultimate zoom to macro instantly. It does it all.
