This case is very well made and good looking. The camera fits snugly, right now a bit too snug. It is difficult to get it in or out. Being leather I imagine it will stretch a bit. It has a sewn belt loop and that too is tight. It doesn't have a pouch for extra cards, I just put one in the bottom with a lens cloth. It would protect the camera while in a brief case or purse and not take up extra room like a padded case would, but like many other stylish things, it is not very practical.

This is a very nice quality case with a snug fit to protect the camera very well without adding extra bulk. The case is labeled for a G10, G9 or G7. I have a G10 and can easily grab the camera to pull out of the case when I'm ready to use it. I don't have to worry about the camera being well protected when tossed into bags or backpacks with this case.
