I am a professional videographer and purchased this for me and my family. Some use for business, some for personal. Great camera that takes amazing pictures. Very happy so far. Only negative is the lens that comes with the camera as part of the kit is not a high end lens at all. Would recommend upgrading the lens.

I'm a videographer and the video quality from this camera puts my more expensive cameras to shame. The only downside is that it's more difficult to work with/adjust the settings on the fly. Autofocus is also brutally slow and noisy, so I don't even bother with it. I will eventually try the new STM lens which is said to solve this problem. I don't see myself using this too much at weddings, except for b-roll. That being said, for personal projects it provides a great picture for the price. Also, for still photos this camera is much faster and takes better prictures than my old Rebel XT.
