My desire was to be able to 'temporarily' set a GPS on the dash for viewing while driving without it falling off or sliding around, yet make it easy to remove and store when not needed. That is exactly what the Nav-Pack provides. I was initially concerned about the power connector on our GPS being on the back but the velcro spacer provided solved that concern. Now that I know how well it works I am going to order another one for my daughter
