We purchased this dishwasher to replace an aging GE unit that was extremely loud. I managed to do the installation myself and it went in with no problems. The Bosch is practically completely silent. The normal wash cycle is just under 2 hours. It cleans well and as long as you use some kind of Jet Dry the drying is excellent. We love the top rack for all the small items.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
