Abe of Maine has competetive price than any other store, but if you are in bad luck to buy a defeact. They won't be helpful on your side. I researched on consumer reports for both dishwasher models and good rated retailers before I bought this BOSCH. However, whithin six months, it was already broken three times and had fixed by the BOSCH technician. Finally the problem was found on a hose that caused leaking inside the machine. The machine already can't be returned over a month. But I was very upset at Abe of Maine since my call was never answered by the customer service. Then I spoke to sales department for extended warranty. They tried to sell me more expensive warranty than the one I could find at other retailer. I like this machine but I would seriously recommend to consider extended warranty at the same time you buy it and go to other retailer. Abe of maine is horrible.

Extrmely quiet unit. Simple to install. Only complaints would be figuring out how to load most efficiently with our dishes and the drying process takes longer. Neither bother me but keep the unit from being perfect.

The installer raved about the ease the Bosch dishwasher was to install as compared to other brands. Washer is very quiet and looks great!

This dishwasher is incredibly easy to load and holds very large items surprisingly well. The top rack adjusts up and down, though I rarely have to move it because things just fit. It's very quiet and cleans dishes very well. The only thing that could be improved is the control panel. It's fine and does the job, but could use an updated/modernized look.

This was very simple to install - even for a 60 year old woman! I really like the black rubber extensions on the side that camouflage the leftover space. I was so worried that the difference in my old machine & this one would create an unsightly gap on the sides, but nope... it looks custom made. I'm still struggling with the manual, as the diagrams & text don't seem to match what I own. HOW THE HECK DOES THE SANITIZED LIGHT WORK????

nice feature is the display of remaining cycle time...most don't have that...top rack adjusts easily.. fits more than you think initially.

This is a great dishwasher: attractive, easy to load, full-sized. The one drawback is that we have found that the glasses on top don't dry 100%, but it's not severe, and definitely wouldn't prevent me from recommending this dishwasher.

We have owned this Bosch dishwasher for about 3 weeks, and I love it! We bought the Bosch to replace an old dishwasher that was at least 10 years old. The Bosch is quiet, which is important since our kitchen opens into the TV room. The Bosch cleans well. And I am thrilled with its many features, such as 'half load', 'delay start', and the cycle countdown. I read some reviews that the dishwasher did not dry well; I have not found this to be true. I think it is important to keep the rinse agent dispenser properly filled to ensure proper drying. (The Bosch has a light to indicate when you need to add more rinse agent.) Overall, I would highly recommend this product!

Recently moved from prior home which was equipped with this DW. The new house came with a Fisher and Paykel Drawer DW that was just 4 years old and which promptly died. In the 3 months since we moved, I had forgotten how quiet these were and was simply amazed at the difference in cleanliness of the dishes. When I compare glassware that had been run thru the F&P against the Bosch, there is no comparison. The Bosch glasses glisten. Yesterday, I cooked a meal for 10 and dumped the dishes directly into the Bosch (no rinsing, etc, like required by the other DW). I awoke this morning to emaculate dishes. Can't go wrong. These machines may not be the "fanciest" on the block, but they do what they do very well - clean dishes!!!!
